Paul Corrado
Mr. Corrado has operated his own law practice for the past nineteen years primarily representing employees, independent contractors, and small employers in all types of labor and employment and business matters. Before starting his own law firm, Mr. Corrado practiced labor and employment law as a partner at large and midsize law firms in Cleveland and Pittsburgh.
After graduating magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Mr. Corrado completed a clerkship under the Honorable Charles R. Richey, District Court Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
Mr. Corrado advises individuals and organizations on a wide range of labor and employment issues including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, The Ohio Civil Rights Act, The Age Discrimination in Employment Act, The Americans With Disabilities Act, The Family and Medical Leave Act, and federal and state wage and hour laws. He litigates cases before state and federal courts and administrative agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and negotiates employment contracts, severance agreements and non-competition agreements on behalf of his clients.
